Buy 1 Get 1 promotions, Buy 2 Get 2 promotions, and other multi item offers cannot be combined with volume discounts such as percentage based bulk discounts.
If multiple promotions apply, only the highest value discount will be applied.
Article 20 – Responsibility for Free Item Selection in Buy 1 Get 1 Promotions
When participating in a Buy 1 Get 1 promotion, customers are responsible for selecting and adding the free item to their cart before completing checkout.
If the free item is not selected or added to the cart, we are not obligated to add, resend, or compensate the missing free product after the order is placed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart contents before finalizing the purchase.
