If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Period
You may submit a return request within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Important Notes
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• All customers are entitled to a 30 day return period.
Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused and unworn
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are included
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
• The item shows no damage, stains, or signs of use not caused by us
Promotional Offers such as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”
For promotional offers, all items included in the promotion must be returned together.
Free gift items are not eligible for return or exchange.
The commercial value of free gift items is considered to be 0.
Order Cancellation Policy (Important)
Order cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes after placing the order.
• Cancellation is only possible within 30 minutes of order placement
• After 30 minutes, the order enters processing and packaging and can no longer be cancelled
• If cancelled within 30 minutes, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the order amount
After 30 minutes or once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, this Return & Refund Policy will apply.
